New Travelogue: Eastern Washington May-June 2006!

I’m getting caught up on posting pictures from previous plant hunting expeditions, and now I am almost there! Last summer I went on two trips to eastern Washington to view and photograph native cacti, and, in one case, get some seeds. I won’t say too much about it here other than eastern Washington has some very impressive native cacti, much larger than you might think, and you should have a look at these pictures! Eastern Washington Cacti ….Enjoy!

Hi, I’m going north from Nevada by car this early July, through the C. Gorge then along the Vantage hwy thru Goldendale, up to Ellensburg, Wenatchee and home. Thanks for the little tips about where we might stop to look at these beauties.
